1-on-1 Coaching
At KW Coaching LLC, I offer online & in-person, evidence-based coaching for nutrition and training. I believe that each person is unique and health recommendations should be tailored to an individual’s experiences, preferences, and goals, while fostering continual growth, education, and strong BS detectors.
I do not believe in fad diets, detoxes, quick fixes, all-or-nothing mindsets, or perfectionism. Clients are expected to show up each week, be honest, ask questions, and take charge of their personal growth and learning. In turn, you can expect weekly check-ins that focus on encouraging a healthy relationship with food, body, and exercise; coaching on the science of behavior change; accountability; education; and practical tips on the how-to of health.
My coaching areas of expertise include the psychology of behavior change, normal eating, nutrition through the life span, weight management, stress management, chronic disease prevention, strength training, running, exercise physiology, and pre- and postnatal program design.
